Yeah, this movie is a stretch, but I tell ya twisters are awkward in their ways. Out in Oologah, Oklahoma there was a twister that picked up every other school bus and tossed it. They were all parked beside each other, but it only lifted every other one. Twisters often start in the open prairie fields. One was headed in a certain direction across a large open area with nothing in its way, but suddenly, it turned left and moved about 1/2 mile to hover over the sole house within a 20 mile radius before turning back to it’s original course. The safest place is an underground shelter. If you stand at the doorway of one of the stronger tornadoes it will suck the door off the hinges taking you with it. The tornadoes cat as EF4 are known to rip roadways off the ground and shred residential houses down to the concrete slab leaving only the foundation footers; that which is below ground. And those are regular tornadoes, not the Dead Man Walking (double twister). I can identify trees that still contain shredded aluminum from decades-old damage. We and our children have our shoes, backpacks and animal carriers at the ready to hit the storm cellar as soon as those sirens go off. The sirens are triggered by certain cloud rotations, not actual tornadoes. Meteorologists died implementing technology into twisters to gather that information so we can have sirens tell us when the tornado clouds are rotating. Time. They died to buy us time to get to the shelter. I’m forever grateful.

They will never be able to replace or have what Bill Paxton brought to the original. They seemed to have again tried to basically take what the characters had done to map the twister and redo it which is just wrong. We didn’t need or want a revamp or sequel to that movie. It was a said and done movie from beginning to end.
