if he looks like this im sure hes making good use of them at least. cables are amazing for people with long arms like his (and mine too), you get crazy range of motion to really control the weight so you can feel the mind-muscle connection, and you can go to failure with pretty much zero risk.

I gotta say Davis. You don’t get enough credit and I don’t think you realize how big of an inspiration you are to gym bros such as myself. If it wasn’t for you I would have pry have gotten bored and stopped working out like I always end up doing after a month. i trained in graphic desin i can apreciate this video for how well you presented all that important info so efficiently, well done, also i will be doing all of these now, i will drop some other excersices to make room for these, i train every day so i can start tomorow, back and biceps ! i still do your 10 set curls and close grip curls for biceps, its blasting them more than anything before !

If we want to set up a home gym, I think the best purchase would be a cable machine... It would probably cover majority of the exercises we need and is so good for hypertrophy as well.

All of these exercises are pretty close the best ones you can do to grow the target muscles. A couple may be a close 2nd or 3rd to other exercises (For example, the incline cable press is probably not QUITE as effective as a converging incline chest press machine is) But hey, I prefer the feel cable pressing right now and it does work incredibly well. Somebody tell this guy that you don’t have to train every single minor muscle group separately. For example, you don’t need 15 different exercises for the back, just stick to 2-3 different movements and you’ll be good.

If you are beating yourself up because of it yea, but if you look at it, notice it’s lacking a bit and just decide to work on it there is nothing unhealthy about it. It can also be lacking in strength or mind muscle connection. There’s many ways a muscle can be lacking at it can always be helpful to improve it if so

Half of them are ass if you solely used these ones. Don't listen to guys like this, he has already build his foundation. Remember guys. Focus on the basic. Accessory work is only for refinement of the physique Once it's already mostly sculpted, not the start of it. Just have good form on your basic exercises like Squat, deadlift, overhead press, incline bench press, barbel row etc and progress as much as you can while maintaining most of your form. Do not make the same mistake many others, including me have made by following tips and advice like this. I have wasted 2+ years of training because of it. Get your lifts as heavy and strict as possible and you WILL get huge. There is no other option for your body to. It is promised.

back and bis: pull ups and then rows, then do some lower back extensions chest: dips and inclune bench shoulders: shoulder press, lateral/front raises, face pulls forearms: reverse curls and hammer curls traps: zercher shrugs 👍

I’m gonna watch this short every day until I have all the equipment to do all this, then I’ll do them in good practice. Thank you! For now all I need are chest workouts and arm and core workouts since I want to build my body to look more bulky. After that I’ll start working on my back and my shoulders once I’m looking okay.. mostly bc I don’t have the things to do all this yet.

You also need to train your back to look bulky, especially lat wide grip pulldowns for your teres major for width

This video is great to isolate specific weak areas and have some fun new workouts. Breaking down the individual muscles into their own workouts will take a lot of time. Do the basics with some variation and your body will respond accordingly.
