Ohio is pretty good for the fall season. Ohio has a really great Football(American Football) Culture from High School to College to Pro. One of the things I recommend to go to once, is to see an Ohio State Buckeye Football game at Ohio Stadium. It's the 5th biggest stadium in the world, and the culture of College football makes each home game an amazing event. The toxic fandom can be pretty bad at times, but it's one thing I really can't recommend enough. Spring and Summer can be pretty hectic in Ohio haha. In winter, that shit is like riding a bull while being high in bath salt...the snow terrible and the black ice is HORRENDOUS! Yeah we Ohians have hated Ohio long before it became a meme to the rest of the US. Main reason is there's literally nothing here but world record setting rollercoasters at Cedar Point, and sports. We are the most plane Jane suburban picket fence stereotype state out there. Other than that we have corn. Lots, and lots of corn. Plus Cleveland is second only to Toledo as the worst city you could have held the event. Like you guys said Columbus would have been much better and you actually have good night life/ food. Cleveland's motto is unofficially, "At least we're not Detroit". Toledo's is, "Why the hell did we go to war with Michigan over this crap city?"

Ohio being terrible is kind of a meme. It’s mostly due to the fact that it’s pretty unremarkable relative to most other states. It’s the most like “American” of the states, and Northern Ohio is in the rust belt which became very economically depressed and run down after the auto industry in the USA got exported, so the northern half of the state is in relative dire straits. That being said, y’all probably had some sampling bias, as Ohio is one of the states with the highest rate of citizen retention in all of the US. Them, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, a lot of the midwest has a high retention of people. Like upwards of 70% who never move from the state in their entire life time, which is very high for the US. Ohio/Michigan also have some interesting history, but beyond that it is quite mid so i can understand why you wouldn’t have enjoyed it. Especially if your experience was Cleveland, that city like many in the rust belt has seen MUCH better days in the early-mid 1900’s.

Iowa is really boring UNLESS you live near Des Moines. I live a 10 min drive to down town and it’s honestly really awesome living here. Des Moines is much smaller, but much safer than other big cities, but there’s enough to do that you never get bored.

Seattle is cool but the culture is changing. more about politics than being a Seattleite. Chicago is amazing but way to dangerous. What did you guys think about Raleigh?

Ohio is a huge meme state rn, so I imagine that affected people’s perspective of it. Not saying it isn’t bad, but Mississippi is the actual worst state.

I would never pick any of those cities but listening to "da Boyz" since episode 1 those cities really suit their personalities. Night life, walk ability and bars.

I live on Long Island in NY. I’ve had the opportunity to travel to many many states. Idaho, New Hampshire, and Tennessee are my favorite states. Especially Idaho! 🇺🇸

Ppl joke about hating Florida but they secretly wish they were there. And I remember when New Jersey was the most hated state but I guess that's slowly changing

As an Ohioan, stay away. This place is a dystopian hellscape. I think I hear a skinwalker out there in the fog.

I hate it here in Nashville lol

Ohio is like the Florida of the Midwest, but with cornfields instead of legit tourist destinations not named Cedar Point or Kings Island.
