I took my daughter to the Tiffany Blue Box Cafe to celebrate her GCSE results. Frankly, your afternoon tea at The Sanderson looks superior and probably tasted better. Don’t get me wrong, the setting was pretty and the staff were very good but they were making too much of an effort to have “fancy” sandwiches with odd combinations that just didn’t taste that great. The Coronation Chicken one was yummy, the rest…not so tasty. The sweet treats were also too fancy and rich. My 16 year old just did not like them. The scones were amazing. Some of the best I have eaten. Cost wise I didn’t think it was worth it - the afternoon tea you had at Sandersons looked far better. I will be giving that a go sometime soon. I understand they change the theme of the afternoon tea there so it may not be the same when we go. Your vids are helpful at finding alternatives. Thanks x

I think the menu is for adults and sophisticated palate. It's meant to be very fancy. To show the distinction between luxury and ordinary cafe/bakery. Kids and Teens def won't like it much as it's quite rich rather than just sweet. I have seen a number of adults enjoy them on videos but yes kids and teens not so much. Usually, hotels will have a target audience for the menu. And they stick to it. They use luxury ingredients ingredients for the high cost that we pay.

I was so happy to see your nieces again!! As an auntie with two adorable nieces, myself, I love taking them out for special days and spoiling them a little. Happily, my son loves his two cousins and enjoys being a part of our adventures. That tea looked WONDERFUL!! Even though my girls are a bit older (14 and 10), I think they'd still love that one. They want to do a Harry Potter tea.

That's an amazing price for a high end Artisan Afternoon Tea, in such a gorgeous location, not squashed together with a time limit for 30 quid more like other places! The girls are adorable and growing fast. Trust you to book a holiday when London has had a heatwave this week! It's been so hot I can barely breathe! 90 degrees F on Wednesday. The Ikea opening has been delayed to Autumn 2024 because they discovered the building is in a much poorer state than they realised. It hasn't been maintained very well by TopShop. Apparently a lot of buildings on Oxford Street are the same. That cream Chanel style cardie would go really well with your Chanel shoes. Are we going to see them on you at some stage? OMG your nieces are the cutest. Their outfits are so beautiful.

What an amazing afternoon tea. The food looked really appetising, and really nice that they do a children's version.I can really see how much weight you have lost Hannah. One of my son's friends had a Mad Hatter Teaparty themed wedding breakfast, with about 6 wedding cakes in various afternoon tea type sponges. It was so unique and such fun. Before seating we were out in the garden with hot and cold canapés, ice cream cart, magician and lots of larger than life toys for the children to play with. Not as delicate as yours lol, Northamptonshire style lol. Your little niece has really grown and credit to your sister for having such beautifully behaved children. Thank you Hannah ❤❤👵🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 PS. The Sanderson does have the best tea range selection. As a coffee drinker it’s nice to have loads of alternatives to regular tea. Plus the crockery is gorgeous.
