I've had problems with a lot of seats in the past too, but now that I bought this combo I've gotten MUCH better results! My results aren't perfect yet, mostly because of my cheap extractor (that happened to just die yesterday after 3 years, actually), but It's worlds better. these products are made to be used for extraction, as they don't clog lines as other products. I have owned my mytee extractor 6 yrs and have yet to have issues with the lines. I do have it maintenanced yearly but no issues yet

Have you used Spot stop? It sprays on those sport type seat after extracting and prevents wicking. Finisher from P&S is a peroxide based product that is also pretty good. I have not used Flex, but I keep hearing great things about it... may have to try it.

As you know, there are different schools of thought when it comes to upholstery cleaning. Now, while many detailers are on the same page, others are concerned that saturating the upholstery with water could lead to a problem with wicking or even mold. Have you had any problems with wicking? No judgment, just asking for your thoughts.

Toyota makes really good seats, u just need to either, drench the seat to also kinda clean the foam underneath, or very lightly clean them n not let anything sit on the cloth too long. You can ha e Toyota seats as long as the cloth isnt ripped that are trashed n bring em back like new with a simple carpet cleaner.

It’s strange that all manufacturers don’t put a waterproof layer of plastic between the foam and the seat fibers. Seems like a cheap no Brainer to keep liquid from soaking down into the foam

Nice dude, finally using some “pro” carpet cleaning chems. Bridgepoint is the best of the best. Combine the bio break, citri solv, with some traffic slam and you’ll strip anything out of carpets with that lol. Powerful stuff just get your water HOT when you mix an enzyme pre spray to activate it properly and you’re good to go. Great winning combination you have there to really take it to the next level!

I just got my marolex 2000 pump sprayer in the mail. I own the home depot hdx pump sprayers and the ikc but the marolex is really worth it for the money, it just sprays forever way less pumping needed and the build quality is insane very durable. highly recommend!
