Absolutely! You can follow these exact same steps in your oven and still have a good outcome. It obviously won't be smoky, but it'll be tender and juicy

I like to rest mine for at least 8 hours. It seems to make a big difference in how tender it is. Great video.

I don't have a man who cooks and I don't have a smoker. SOL. I've also ruined enough expensive brisket (in the oven, in various cooking contraptions like crock pots, etc) that I won't try it again. I've just gotten used to overpaying for it at the bbq joints. I love it, just can't cook it.

ait, Bamas don't have BBQ? Huntsville? Mobile? I thought y'all were nearly as famous as TX for your BBQ joints. But if there's a dearth of good smoked brisket to be had down there, go for it! If you start a food truck, it might be cheaper stand a brick-&-mortar joint.

We have a ton of pork bbq. Usually pulled pork and ribs. And smoked chicken with white bbq is the claim to fame here! And very true. I've started a food truck before and it's less than desirable to be honest
