I inject myself on the quads, I'm fairly lean on that part of my body, I normally use a 25 gauge needle, but I don't know if thats going to be IM or SQ and if the oil will be absorbed properly, now, if a use a 27 gauge will be SQ and will absorbed properly? Great informative video

In Norway we mostly get testogel 50 mg for use in TRT. I've been using 50 mg gel for about 9 months now. My starting levels were 2.9 nmol/l or 83.64 ng/dl, and on my last blood test the results showed 50 nmol/l or 1442.1 ng/dl. Im happy with the results from the testosterone in gel form! I apply it every morning but its no hassle, ive done injections before aswell but prefer the gel form.

Testogel 1 dose per day (50mg/day). Prescription in Sweden: 414SEK for 3-month treatment (0.46USD/day). Check testosterone and Hb a month after starting treatment: confirms that transdermal absorption of testosterone is effective. Stop treatment if Hb >180. No need to inject testosterone.

Can I get my prescriptions and fill them at a local pharmacy? I don't wanna stay with a clinic. I just want my treatment at costs. I was diagnosed with hypogandism, but I can't afford my treatment with telemedicine clinics. Goodrx has all my treatments at 1/10th the cost, they charged me. After 6 years of injecting I went with compounding test cream. Levels were same with both and I prefer roll on creams inside upper arms. No issues with absorbing or anything else this doc mentioned. Only downside is that compounding pharmacy cream is more expensive than vials. Injecting weekly gets also to be old and immune system always reacts to injections hence "test flue" since injecting anything in body passes regular immune system defenses gets to trigger it. Daily application of creams is easy and mimics biological normal curve of hormone levels vs juts a big spike after injections and long drop down. Our bodies are not designed that way. Levels of test should be highest early morning and go down through out the day vs staying elevated for a week.

I take 10% cream 2x a day and my free hovers near 1000 ng/dl. You can get it with twice that concentration....On a side note, if you wanted to and your doc will sign off you can get it in up to a 3 month supply dispenser..

I did, on sustanon. Did it once weekly and would have a large bulge on my shoulder that was red and warm to the touch. After a day of injecting I would start to have flu like symptoms. I switched to enanthate after those 2 months and since have not had any of those side effects. Seems like different compounds affect people differently. Dosage was Sustanon 350 mg once a week @ 1cc. Enanthate 200 mg once a week @ .8cc. Best of luck man!

I take nandrolone along with test cyp. Nandrolone is supposed to be joint protective. I remember reading about site injection directly to injury sites might provide better healing of damaged tissues. At the time it was just theory and no studies existed. Is there any merit to this idea . I've got shoulder issues and would try it if it's feasible.

I just add NPP (nandrolone phenylproprionate, short ester) to my trt. I as well have shoulder issues and noticed a marked improvement. Only concern is long term usage and I had to raise my trt dose, so in theory my "HRT" is no longer 'HRT" but a moderate cycle (200 test cyp / 150 npp per week).

It's easy to get it. Just get some and do it on your own. Then after a while abruptly stop taking it. Your levels will go to like nothing and any doc will give them to you that offers hrt, I recommend the pellets if just having hormone therapy is what you want. Bio te is what they are called. I will have to warn you. It's about 2500 a year, which isn't alot to me maybee others, and once you start .. you will always be on it. No matter what anyone's says.. you will feel horrible for a long time once you stop taking it. So if it's something you want to take for ever and are comfortable with that. Go for it. The pellets suck getting implanted its pretty uncomfortable.. brought my levels too 1100.. I get side effects when I've done higher with injections.. I don't know how people do so much..1100 levels work fine for me. I've had 1500 levels on injections and my red blood cells were through the roof. I quit taking it and my test was 180 and I got a doctor to give me pellets. It was a 330 before I took anything ever.

Difficult discussion I take 25mg oxy everyday for past year because of failed back surgery. The issue is I've had hypogonadism since a teen. My level before ox was between 180 and 360. The doctors are BS..they go by a set of rules...so they see a 50yo and if let's say your 300 they think your okay but you know it's BS. You actually should be over 1000..I see Dr Maupin from BioBalance in StLouis for pellets. Go to her yt channel..she is a legit doctor. I actually ignored my wife eho gas gone to her and my first run of pellets OMG - I felt alive and strong- focused and some of my inflammation in my hands went away. I recently heard about TRT and its really overwhelming. There's so many conflicting ideas of whether or not its good for the person. The immediate effects does look really good but the long term effect mentioned on like Harvard Health, MayoClinic, WebMD on things like cardiovascular problem, strokes, and death from heart disease discourages me from trying it. I will need to do more research on this but there hasn't been much data on long term effect yet.

Like skylar said, Dive into some more research. The things you stated usually only become an issue when the person is using really high doses of test. If you stay within the high normal range, eat good, and very importantly also do cardio, I don’t think it will take 1 day off your lifespan to be completely honest.

Test prop, best for sexdrive, test cyph injections I had kinda bad blood work and things. The doses people say are insane to take. I had 1500 test levels on 1.5 ccs a week. My nipples were sensitive some, I cried watching movies that were sad very bad, all test for me is horrible acne, I get the test pellets now and they don't last 6 months, they last 4 and I go every 4.5 months.. when they insert the pellets it sucks very bad.. but it raises my test to 1100.. I don't have high red blood , I don't have bad side effects except acne. The last 2 weeks before I get my implant I do some test prop for sex. Besides that I think steroids aren't bad when you monitor your blood work and know your test levels. 1300 is pushing it.. 1500 is going to make things abnormal and over that I haven't tried it because for me a 1500 was intense. Go with the pellets unless you want intense side effects .. maybee that's worth it to others. Pellets are legal, and cost about 750 bucks for 4.5 months. No ups and downs.. no scar tissue from injections..good blood work.. feel good.. no matter what if your prone to acne it's all bad.

Yes exogenous testostorone can raise psa when it converts to dht. Gel converts to dht at a much higher rate than injections.

What is the rationale for using exogenous testosterone for therapy? I whole heartedly believe Clomid and HCG be used for men before adding creams or gels. Why not unregulated your own production and max it out first? Unless of course you have primary gonad failure. I believe most docs jump to testosterone injections instead of dialing in Clomid and maybe HCG on top and anastrozole as needed.

Blocking estrogen from binding to your brain...Where it's supposed to be binding. And you want to use a AI on top of that? It's a self defeating cycle. You block the pituitary gland from getting the estrogen, so it signals testes to increase T production, which naturally creates more estrogen and DHT ect , so then you block that with an AI?..This whole model relies on denying your system estrogen . How long is that viable?

Hoping someone can help me out. I started TRT 8 weeks ago. Level was 237.32 I get 150ML injections every two weeks. Did lab work to check levels two days ago got the results back and my testosterone level has dropped to 200.32 my progesterone is 1.48 pg/mL and estradiol is 35.23 pg/mL what is going on??

Injection frequency protocol is incorrect. You should start by dosing 50 mg to 75 mg twice weekly. Your injections are spaced way too far apart so that after two weeks the testosterone you injected is long gone. Not sure what kind of testosterone you are using, if it is testosterone cypionate it has a half life of about a week. Look into it, will make a huge difference.

If a Doctor gave you such a protocol, I highly recommend you to find another one. 150mg every 2 weeks is totally silly. Instead of doing 150mg every 2 weeks try 50mg every 5 days, you'll already feel better, more stable levels. Do not hesitate to challenge your Dr. Good luck to you 🤞🤞🤞

You likely need closer to 300mg every two weeks, or better yet 150mg weekly. Most people start out with 200mg weekly and titrate down from there.

Definitely the period of 2 weeks is too much. 1 week max. When was the blood test done, how many days after the shot? If it was done on day 13 most likely it is shit again. How do you feel on day 4 and day 13? Most guys are doing between 120 and 150 a week from what I read.

@@kh-fk3ko I started with 2 tests, a 199 total T, with a free of 3... yes, 3. Three months on the cream, my next test 645 total 13 free, increased application to twice a day, now 900 total and 20 free. There is no branded cream, it has to be made by a compounding pharmacy. Because I apply daily (now twice daily), there are no peaks and valleys in my level, it stays basically the same 24/7. Some evidence this method leads to more DHT conversion, and I have seen a slight increase in chest/stomach hair, but so far no impact on the hair on my head.

I have gel, but want the injection. I dont feel to much improvement with 2 1% androgel packets everymorning. Last test had 52 free t and 350 total t. He said new test is to high..i mean how high can it really be, i dont trust these non jacked doctors like Rogan says. When I explain to him that I cant do the pumps to do an actual workout this wusses have no idea what that means or is like. A weightlifting atletic male will notice low t over a normal person or doctor because we actually use our t levels for years and no how much it afgects our workouts. I’ve never had bruising, barely any blood. U don’t even notice where you pinned yourself after 5 minutes. That’s a myth my friend. Also the injections u don’t even feel really. It just takes a little bit of time to get used to doing them yourself.

This is someone with obviously no experience with testosterone cream. The cream works just as good if not better in most men for testosterone therapy when done correctly. You should interview someone that has more experience with the various delivery systems. When somebody doesn't have experience with cream it shows in an interview like this. So much miss information that could harm men because not everyone wants to inject. Yes we know injections work but the cream also works just as good with somebody that has experience in using it.

Sorry but no child should be coming into contact with a man's testosterone gel if applied to the inner thigh. There's just no risk of this for anyone other than child molesters. Applying to the inner thigh should be cross contamination risk free.
