4:25 The fairlead ("roller thingy") is supposed to mount where that hole/slot is, down in front of where the winch is now. You covered it up whit that diamond plate. That mounting plate is SUPPOSED to go on the front end of the tilt deck. You have it upside down. That lip on the plate, behind the winch, goes over the front end of the tilt bed, and that is what gets welded. The big lip in front of the plate is kinda used as wheel stops.
