Really easy but surprisingly difficult. Still can't believe this video got 10+ minutes long. It's just 3 steps 😂

Thank you so much, this is very helpful because the j step and the very basic tricks and kicks are very important and to have a good J step is necessary in order to get power❤😊

I was having trouble with the J-step to so thanks for clarifying that up with this video. I was going ask about the Euro step to, I was practicing at the trampoline park and met these trickers there, they said the J-step had no power so they were using the Euro. I just couldn't get it TBH 😭 but I was like hey if Johannes says the J-step is the way then who am I to stray.

I started wearing a loop scarf (a good looking one) trouhout the whole day, every day and that fixed my runny nose. I wear It even when I don't feel sick.

I can't understand how there's people who run before the j step without losing control ( for example to send triplecork) is it the same logic ?
@johzuke1 Жыл бұрын
It is basically utilizing more momentum for more power. It's basically the same logic but faster.

Can you make a tutorial on how to do the n-step (nigga step) it looks more aggressive and nicer
@johzuke12 ай бұрын
It's just a weaker step imo. Personally I never use it. But it's just a hop on the plant leg. I think it was called Eurostep for a long time and now many call it just a hop step.
@bamf66032 ай бұрын
@@johzuke1 yea it definitely feels that you have to be more athletic for that hop step, maybe not so practical

@@johzuke1 the best I can do is front Handspring and front flip on pad or something. Your tricking video contains Ariel moves mostly. I think can be a good start for me

Can 'Trickers' run fast? They have a lot of athletic ability. I just wondered if tricking type exercises would be better than the usual plyometric and weight training exercises that track atheltes do, for developing sprinting speed... Thoughts?
@johzuke12 ай бұрын
@@mathewstovell5167 what is considered fast? Trickers are probably fast compared to general public but way slower than people who train for short distance sprinting competitions. Training tricking for faster sprinting is not a good idea at all. Tricking for tricking gains but tp increase sprinting through that would be unnecessarily hard and inefficient. Weights and plyo are in fact great things for trickers too.
