This video is 💯! I just got back from my first solo trip, where I went to Philadelphia. Tons of history and some good food (didn’t too much haha). Met some people at the hostel. Really fun trip!

To add to this if travel is not your thing, or you can't exactly leave. Buy experiences in the form of classes, learn. Learn things, take those cooking classes on weekends, take an archery class, sewing, languages, anything your interested, and if possible, in person and with people. A lot of these classes are really affordable (relativly) If you have that 1k, you could get maybe up to 6 months of weekly classes depending on what it is.

I hustle at my part time job to go on trips and donate plasma(am blessed to still live at home with few personal bills to pay). So far have visited Hawaii, Japan, Toronto, and many other states. And I have two international trips planned at the end of this year!

Definitely, I'm not one to spend so much but I haven't really been out there and experienced different places and cultures. It's definitely something I'm going to focus on. Let's build memories!

The value of an experience is definitely slept on because it’s easy to think your money just vaporized since there’s not much to show.

I'm also saving money to travel around world by doing part-time job. I like this video and your channel!!! Also, I'm glad that your favorite food is sushi as a Japanese🥰🥰

100% agreed🎉 I’m 23 women from Japan, many people here love to spend much money on products or just save to the bank. I more like to spend my money on traveling, watching musicals, having lunch or afternoon tea at the hotel or trying to visit various restaurants with my bf (because Japan is the huge gourmet country! ) This year I experienced celebrating Chinese New Year in the local town in China, it costs a lot because it was holiday price but worth it 🥰

Have you ever done your own sushi? When I do them myself, they're not as good but the satisfaction of doing it yourself is really worthwhile (+it saves money)

So true! When I'm about to buy something that's so random like food, I just stop and think 'What else could I spend this money on?' and I just imagine that money going to travelling, courses, and gifts for friends and family, among so many others! But mostly travelling for sure!! :)) Experiences are so worth saving up for, I agree. I used to stop for food/drinks for that little boost, but keeping my mind focused on this has helped me cut down on that. Another tip I use is that when I see something I like, I take a picture of it/take note of it instead of buying immediately, and if in a few months time or more I think about it again or I encounter it again while looking at my notes/gallery, I see if I still want it and evaluate whether it's a valuable purchase or not. But I leave some time in order to really find out if it's a valuable thing to spend money on. (There were times where I was like 'Yeah glad I didn't buy that', or else I would be like 'Yes this is good to invest in.' Goals and mindsets change quickly so it's great to give yourself time and allowance (I think) :) Also, I love your channel so much. Your mindset is so refreshing and I'm always so interested in what you think! Well done! Your videos have helped me a lot and I'm sure they'll keep doing so. Have fantastic days and awesome experiences! :)

I rlly love your content man but i think possibly a best way to rlly help you feel better and be able to ‘lock in’ more is to consider quitting smoking. I dunno if you already have but I found it’s rlly helped my friends feel better and therefore be able to be more productive

Actually i am your subscriber, and i really like and connect with your videos but I don't want your channel to get popular, its just everything on this channel is amazing, something what i always feel and wonder about that anyone else may also think the way i do. Its something so unique and real which I don't wants to get spread to the duplicate people around this fake World.
