Couple things I would add: Avoid depletion of vitamin B1 (sugar, alcohol, carbs, ...) *Vitamin B1* from nutritional yeast (also contains other natural B vitamins) but simply *benfotiamine* is also good, *Vitamin B12* (adenosylcobalamin with methylcobalamin 1:1 ratio is good), everything else covered in this video looks good to me, quality information..

What do you think of taking cream of tar tar as a potassium supplement. Thank you for your advise has helped me recover
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies2 ай бұрын
Personally I prefer potassium citrate, however I've had a lot of people informing me that they have had great success with cream of tartar. Just a small amount per day seems to be fine. However, I would say that getting potassium from vegetables and avocados is always best. P.S. sorry about the annoying spammy accounts who keep replying with AI responses. Doing my best to moderate them. 💚

You could use a protein powder with casein in it to make a shake with or smoothy 2 times a day to get the total protein you need. We are not suppose to eat seafood more than 3 oz 2 times a week due to high mercury in our seafood now. Getting protein 4 times throughout the day is best for your muscles.

Eat meat 5 times a week and fish twice a week. Well, isn’t that normal? Why even question that? I was born in France, we also eat snails 🐌 and frog legs 🐸 . My kids love them too ! Yum!😋 There’s so much delicious healthy protein to be had. 🥚🐂🐖🐑🐐🐓🦃🐇 🦆🦞🐟🦪🍤

Why not to recommend natural source of vitamins rather than the synthetic form which are just vitamins from pharma.
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies2 ай бұрын
Not sure what you are referring to, the only synthetic vitamin mentioned here is benfotiamine, but it's very effective in penetrating nerve tissue to deliver thiamine to the nerve itself. Other than that, they are all natural supplements.
@deemack341Ай бұрын
Guess you're unaware of the benefits of benfotiamine vs. B1. My nerves really improved when I added benfotiamine to my B1 intake.
