This is crucial information! So many people suffer from deficiencies and present with symptoms indicative of nerve issues, and instead of correcting with proper supplementation or proper diet, the medical establishment’s push medications that only mask the issue with no resolution. The medication of course causes more damage in most cases that warrant even more medication for a different issue that resulted from the 1st prescription. This just lines the pockets of big pharmaceutical companies!

Supplements do more harm than good. Vitamin D supplement is fine but everything else is garbage unless the person has a medical condition where their body struggles to absorb vitamins.

@@KnightsGloryy Not if you get a good and trustworthy quality. Our foods are deficient in nutrients from being mass produced. We actually have little choice. Many of us can't even grow our own foods do to multiple factors. Supplements literally saved my life as of late. Particularly, Magnesium. I was very deficient and it caused an entire array of issues, including the inability to hold on to sodium and B1. It took me 2 months of suffering and scary events to figure out what the issue was. Thank goodness for Dr. Berg's videos. I was well within 5 days. (out of the woods) I do understand where you are coming from however, I agree to a certain extent.

Great video, Dr. Berg! It's fascinating to see how Vitamin B1 (thiamine) plays such a crucial role in nerve health. Research has shown that thiamine deficiency can lead to significant neurological issues, including peripheral neuropathy and cognitive impairments. In fact, a study published in the *Journal of Neurology* highlighted that thiamine supplementation can improve symptoms in patients with diabetic neuropathy. Additionally, it's important to note that while dietary sources like whole grains, legumes, and nuts are excellent for maintaining adequate B1 levels, some individuals may require supplementation, especially those with absorption issues or certain medical conditions. For anyone looking to support their nerve health, incorporating B1-rich foods and considering a discussion with a healthcare provider about supplementation could be beneficial. Thanks for shedding light on this important topic!

I started a regimen not too long ago that includes B1 (the fat soluble form Benfotiamine), R-Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Folate, P-5-P, L-Citrulline, and Acetyl L-Carnitine. Combined with a reduced carb diet, it seems to be working. The problem is that nerve repair can take months, so it's not for the impatient.

My understanding is that the lactic acid is not made by the body but the quick muscle response involved with exercise produces lactate, which is the Lactic acid minus one proton,( no longer an acid), which can be recycled into fuel for the muscles. Live Longer site has this explanation, also, recent video by Dr Ben Bickman on lactate explains very well.

1. Ivermectin oral + topical 2. Creme with permethrine 3. creme with benzyl benzoate If nothing worked, prolong treatment and combine two of those 3 options together. Repeat after 10-13 days. Go sure that all people in your environment are cured as well because this is nr. 1 cause of reinfection. Change your close, bed sheets daily, wash 60 degrees Celcuis for 5 days after treatment.

I discovered that natural vitamin B1 is definitely essential, I used to try the B1 supplement that Walmart sells in the spring valley brand and it causes GERD symptoms, so that was my digestive system telling me it's synthetic so I switched to a non fortified nutritional yeast. ❤
