I have at least 7 of the things you mentioned in the chart. I've been dealing with ADD since I was very young (I'm now 58), racing thoughts, wake up kicking my legs at night (drives me nuts), my feet are numb on top and feels like I'm walking on small sharp stones on the bottom, and just generally feeling like crap and depressed all the time! I went out and purchased some B1 at the store tonight, took one pill in the store parking lot, and within 20 minutes I feel like I'm on top of the World! Seriously, I have absolutely no depression at all at the moment, I haven't been without depression for years now! I'm not sure my feet and legs are any better, but I've had this issue for several years now, been seeing a back doctor getting all kinds of injections in my back to try and get some relief, my nerves may be too damaged by now to get any relief. I'll keep taking a daily dose and see what else improves, but just getting rid of the droning depression is amazing!! I'll leave this video up and report back in a few days to see where I'm at then. Thanks for sharing this info, this has been an amazing experience for me, I hope it helps others as much as it's helped me. Thank you Doctor!!

This is crucial information! So many people suffer from deficiencies and present with symptoms indicative of nerve issues, and instead of correcting with proper supplementation or proper diet, the medical establishment’s push medications that only mask the issue with no resolution. The medication of course causes more damage in most cases that warrant even more medication for a different issue that resulted from the 1st prescription. This just lines the pockets of big pharmaceutical companies!

It's amazing that soooo many conditions seem to be cured by our diets. I can envision a future where healthcare is tailored to the individual. I can imagine a blood measuring device that can analyse our thyroid function, blood sugars, nutrient levels and cholesterols, linked to an AI with most of our knowledge about health and nutrition, will spit out meal plans that keep us on the right path. Probably we can add manually how we are feeling such as anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, lack of energy and more to analyse all our signs and symptoms and give us our best shot at optimal health.

Great video, Dr. Berg! It's fascinating to see how Vitamin B1 (thiamine) plays such a crucial role in nerve health. Research has shown that thiamine deficiency can lead to significant neurological issues, including peripheral neuropathy and cognitive impairments. In fact, a study published in the *Journal of Neurology* highlighted that thiamine supplementation can improve symptoms in patients with diabetic neuropathy. Additionally, it's important to note that while dietary sources like whole grains, legumes, and nuts are excellent for maintaining adequate B1 levels, some individuals may require supplementation, especially those with absorption issues or certain medical conditions. For anyone looking to support their nerve health, incorporating B1-rich foods and considering a discussion with a healthcare provider about supplementation could be beneficial. Thanks for shedding light on this important topic!

OMG! I have practically all symptoms....just thought it was a part of menopause and aging. Going to make some changes with my nutrition and see if it is actually a B1 deficiency
@Indiewillow2 ай бұрын
Yes if you are of menopause age its the first port of call my Drs jumped on. Ever since I got Covid in Mar 20, i developed lots of problems, In Mar 2023 out of nowhere I got neuropathy in my feet, it progressed to the point that I couldn't stand on my feet for long, Drs put me on pregabalin and HRT. Neither really helped. Then this year Ive been on a protocol of Taurine, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Electrolytes, Bit B12 and since Mar the neuropathy in feet has improved a lot. Sometimes have little blips and I rest for a few days, I can definitely tell the effects of alcohol on my body more than ever before. I'm also looking into the effects of too much Calcium in the diet, calcium carbonate seems to be added to an awful lot of foodstuffs.

My understanding is that the lactic acid is not made by the body but the quick muscle response involved with exercise produces lactate, which is the Lactic acid minus one proton,( no longer an acid), which can be recycled into fuel for the muscles. Live Longer site has this explanation, also, recent video by Dr Ben Bickman on lactate explains very well.
@evlynealeshire58504 ай бұрын
Al, your muscles are part of your body. Lactic acid is produced by the body specifically the muscles. 😊

I don't know who knows the most about this, but I'm going to hang my hat on Dr Ben Bickman. Apparently, this is a common mistake, confusing the two molecules. If you have more thoughts on this subject, I'm open to listening. The one thing I'm absolutely sure of is that I don't know everything. If I did ,then of course, I would be vegan and not listening to this.
