Feels like you missed off THE classic white sneaker- the Addidas Stan Smith. Clean, minimal, still good quality (as long as you avoid those vegan plastic Primegreen ones). They are my go to, and have obviously stood the test of time considering they originally were worn back in the 1970s.

In my opinion, stan smiths should be in the classics, it is an iconic all white sneaker. A wildcard should be the Jordan 3 White cements, they are my go to for all white (even though they have a little grey).

Stan Smiths are the best in my opinion but they seem to often get snubbed on sneaker lists. I can't think of another shoe that you could wear to the office, the tennis court, the streets and the nightclub, without being remotely out of place. Converse have similar versatility, but I never found them as comfortable as Stan Smiths.

Tim, you are a true chunky sneakers fan. I for one dont hate them (I rocked the Osiris D3 back in my skating days ....20 years ago. ...jeez...) ...but I feel kind of childish when I wear them now. They feel like some attention seeking and silly fashion gimmick. Just my humble opinion. Now I love white sneakers. They are my go to shoes when in doubt. I'd say my ultimate still is and shall forever be the Vans Authentics all white. Just slick, simple and versatile. The Veja Volleys were the sh!t but I think they stopped making them a while back. The V-1O are great too. And when you are looking for a more sporty looking sneaker: the good ol' Reebok Classics. With the light brown sole. Good lord are they slick. Better than the 574 even. A good substitute for Air Force Ones are the Moea Gen-1, btw. Great looking, eco friendly and better durability too. The AF1 dont last more than a few months before looking like your grandpa's old sneakers you just found in the attic...

I've actually really been enjoying my Jordan 3 craft ivorys! the materials feel a little more premium than regular jordan brand leathers and suedes like many other shoes that fall under the craft line, and although it has some off-white/yellow/brownish hits, I find it a solid substitute for white sneakers with a little bit of flair. I also really like the Yeezy 500's - you can get them in white, but I personally am partial to the "triple bone" colorway, which is a bit more of an eggshell white and dirties up really nicely. They're comfortable, and are amazing conversation starters - they look so unique while also not jumping out at you in the more monotone colorways.

For aesthetics, the Salomon wins easily. Very sleek, subtly futuristic without being too “attention-seeking”, the silver hooks are perfect too with the white. Class. NB530 is also very nice.

Great video, I am not much of a sneaker aficionado, but I am looking at getting a pair of white sneakers and my search so far as landed with the Nike AF1 Low all white, but, you mentioned how one of your picks felt like an elevated Nike AF1, implying that there is room for improvement in comfort so I have 3 questions that I hope you or one of your commenters can answer: 1./ Does the shoe work ok for people with slightly wider feet (I don;t do well with tight tow areas), and size? (I take a size 12, and often find sneakers make me look a bit like I have clown shoes on) 2./ Do you feel it is a good shoe for everyday use? I won't be putting them in a display stand essentially they will be my everyday show, so I want to know if they are comfortable for longer walks, and they don;t look like your feet are pushing against leather when you are wearing them (The reason I am not keen on the canvas Converse - as my feel look like they are in vacuum sealed plastic bags when I wear them, and have no support, so it feels like if IM not on a skateboard, they aren't the right shoe) 3./ Is the shoe durable enough, or are scuff marks there to stay? A white shoe isn't a normal shoe for me, but then i have absolutely no taste or opportunity to binge try shoes, so your input is welcome. Also, I generate lots of heat, so let me know bout breathability of the leather/plastic it looks like the shoes are made out of in the uppers I should mention, I live in Asia, where the largest shoe you can find is basically a size 44, or you are wearing sketchers... I am an older man, looking for a casual shoe, not flashy, so teh AF1 seem to be the right aesthetic. Help me with your knowledge please.
