This is a great zucchini bread recipe to use when you've managed to grow a MASSIVE zucchini that won't cut it for other recipes. It's moist and full of flavor and easy to make! And yes...it's also great for regular sized zucchini too!

I've never found a recipe better than the one I got from my sister in law, it includes a cup of shredded pineapple and is delicious. Everyone that tries it, never goes back to the old recipe they used.

I was making one, one time and there was was so much extra liquid I had to add extra flour then it has no flavor so then added more sugar then lemon juice. They came out like brownies. They were delicious. It was a really big zucchini from a coworker.

I weigh my zucchini for this recipe and used 2 pounds to make 2 loaves. Sorry I don't know how many cups that would be but I can check next time I make it!!

The music was fine, never gave it a thought. Kind of a catchy appropriate tune. My momma taught me zuchini bread 40 yrs ago but will try this recipe maybe with the extra cup of pineapple😊 yes central Fla. Has alot of 96 degree days in summer but the afternoon rains always come. Winter Park has an awesome farmers market that runs every Saturday 11am- 1pm? Summer in the Great Lakes are the best. The cool freshwater beaches, wineries, fishing and camping is why.

I made 6 loaves today, half with brown sugar and half with white sugar. So moist and the crust just right. Ibwill freeze some and give to family, your recipe is very good!
