I do a lentin bread that's very very similar to this re;eggs and oil. And yoghurt, minus the fruit and uts ALL done in a food processor . I myself would do the same and let the processor chop and distribute the fruit. Then whipbitbin the end for air.

I love chickpea flour...I just don't like the one bought in the store....I just prefer the taste alot more when I make it... myself.
