First Sheldon claims NO ONE is allowed in his room but episodes later he let's an unknown girl spend the night there without his supervision ( when he an Raj scored) and later invites the horny scientist to sleep there as well and a lot of seasons later when he says he loves Amy suddenly he can't allow her to lay in bed to calm down even though he's there cause "girls aren't allowed in his bedroom" the writers have a continuity issue. After watching the whole series it’s amazing how far Amy socially developed. Sheldon behaviour was just his nature but Amy’s was a mixture of having an overbearing mother who isolated and controlled her as well as not fitting in at school for being a nerd. By the end of the series she was still quirky and smart but she was way less socially awkward
