Damn I just found out what happened to Steve Molaro...I met him in 1982 in NYC when I was fifteen and thought he was twelve but his bio says he was ten. We spoke a ton for like a summer, met a few times, then lost touch. He was an interesting kid, thought he was into computers and would do something like that.

I have to say, I am upset by the scene in "The Big Bang Theory", where Leonard teases Raj for kissing a girl "who turns out to be a boy." Also the scene where Penny, while on a date with Stuart, says Leonard's name instead, and Stuart says "It beats 'You know I'm a dude right?'" When this kind of behaviour is aimed at trans women, it denies our womanhood, and hence our happiness and sanity. I'm a trans woman, and that scene contributed to me thinking I was disgusting. That general feeling in turn made me reluctant to come out to myself as a trans woman, which gave me serious mental health issues for several years.
