You are 100% correct. She was shoulder to shoulder with Southerland at the gun, I had to do a double take and pause the replay. I was surprised they didn’t call it back. Seems a bit of a drag to see a Dq in an inter squad meet.

Nice! BEAVERTON HIGH SCHOOL! No too far from Nike World Headquarters Employee Store! I set my 3000 meter PR here during the Rose Festival 1 year.. The track was black then-its obviously been resurfaced.They also held the Memorial Day Classic 10k here. Just like Bowerman meet over @ JESUIT HIGH SCHOOL. I'm not sure how you guys can call these " secret" venues! Haha!

Brazier's race has similar splits to El Guerrouj's legendary olympic win in 2004, with only 1.5s difference in finishing time with a last lap horribly paced by Brazier relative to El Guerrouj. And on top of that he's not even training specifically for this event! I know that he doesn't wanna run the 1500, but... c'mon.

@@MostAdmiredRelative Many times team mates lead a race through for the athlete trying to hit a time and the pacesetting is a key to that..so it is their job for that race.

Please let me know why promoters cx track meet but its ok to run a 5k. Seems to me standing in the middle of a pile of people at a 5k starting line is way more dangerous for virus than a track meet where you start in your lane and maybe have 7 or 8 runners at most to deal with...not 100s
