If you actually look at the nutritional values listed for a Big Mac, it does cover a huge amount of what you need nutritionally every day. 2-3 Big Macs will cover your fat, protein, iron, cholesterol, calcium, and carbs for a day. You will be deficient in Vitamin A, C, and Potassium, but you can take a One-A-Day to cover that difference. In other words, if you at it as a meal alone, 3X a day, it would actually leave you in a decent place, IF you did not include fries or Cokes, which are actually much more harmful long-term. 3 Big Macs, for 3 meals a day, would be well under 2000 calories a day.
