Kent Presents please add the dates in the description box of your videos that the events took place. it is a pertinent piece of information. i am astounded by how many publishers of articles and videos don't add the date of publication. that little thing devalues the piece and the publisher. as i now watch this video i have to wonder is it 2010 or 2015 or yesterday that this talk took place and have to hope somewhere along the line the video itself will provide a clue and wonder are these Sean Carroll's latest thoughts on the subject or not.

Dear Dr. Sean Carrol, I love ALL your lectures and books. Not being a physicist, I have about the same opinions as you with respect to life, meaning of life, religion, consciousness and the many worlds view in quantum physics! As a retired molecular biologist, I love to study physics to fill up a large part of my remaining time! I am struggling with the problem that I cannot understand that I exist and can realize to be myself, a unique entity! Maybe I have trillions of equivalents in the parallel worlds, but as quantum mechanics demands, there is NO way they could ever communicate! How can it be that in an immense universe with quasi infinite size and diversity, a unique something (myself) that only occurs ONCE, could have happened? Did I win this lottery? Not possible! Just not to grasp for me! I would be delited to get your vision and comments on this matter! Many thanks

Thank you for the link up, Paul. I haven't been up on this one, due to personal circumstances beyond my immediate control impeding the usual and preferred reading / viewing habits I'm accustomed to -- I'm not a young guy and I'm feeling it a bit (happens to everyone fortunate enough to get this far); and, er... stuff happens as a consequence.
