They have fucked up mentality. Corruption is so big, that it has become socially accepted to screw people over over things and deals, and screwing people over is considered good business. Right to do things belongs to those with biggest star on their shoulder. Last year, member of FSB killed traffic cop by running into him on the street, and never even slowed down. Civilians managed to get car plates and even the name of FSB guy, and all got covered up by paying around 100,000 rubles to the family of dead cop, thats roughly 1200$ ... There are good cops, but system is so corrupt, they are affraid to tickets expencive cars, cause they dont know who is behind the wheel.

He was fair game after that. The reason short man syndrome exists is because certainly in my experience short people feel they have a lot more to prove than tall people and this can be displayed in more aggressive behaviour than usual. The Vrije University in the Netherlands carried out a study that proved short men act more aggressively so it is a real thing. I guess you are all short.... LOL
