@This Guy Miko I don't know where to start with all this. Cops wasting their own time and the time of innocent people instead of helping the other citizens, cops breaking the law, recording your name into their records so now your name comes up the next time they check and you have a record of being 'known to the police' which sound like you are a criminal. If these cops were in any way competent, they would know who they were but they are just trying to intimidate them. You can see by the next few interactions that Kirill is shaken, he knows he got intimidated to give up his/or rights. You are naive. Or another corrupt cop.
@samsteel44565 жыл бұрын
@This Guy Miko Sadly, you live in a fairy tale story where cops and civilians hold hands, hug and "help" each other. Your position is foolish and hence you have made yourself out to be a fool. When it comes to cops, it's them against us. That is their attitude. That was my attitude when I was in law enforcement. Civilians should NEVER give their ID to cops unless they are required to by law. Simply demanding paper is what happened in Nazi Germany. I can speak with some authority on this subject, considering I was law enforcement for well over 10 years. When a cop asks someone to provide their ID as a means to punish them, threaten them or even worse find them later, then in every single case ID should be refused. Please don't be stupid. It's exhausting to have to explain things that most people with half a brain can figure out with good old common sense. Think on it after work ok?

Hello from Texas! This is still one of my favorite channels after all these years. I wish more of our coppers treated us with the respect your coppers show you. Here they use escalation tactics to generate a crime for revenue. This is the first cop ive seen in your videos using the "stop and i.d." tactic. We dont have that in Texas but some states in America have passed laws saying that its ok and legal now and its being grossly abused. Keep up the good work guys and fight the good fight. (-
@ledwallet19445 жыл бұрын
There are no laws in America in any state that says you must identify short of reasonable suspicion that you have, may have, or about to, committed an offence. All are supposed to conform to the Constitution. Texas being the least restrictive (38.02). If they want your ID they will have to arrest you and better be sure its a "lawful" arrest. They all should be like that! However, we have as much if not more police ID abuse here as they do. And we have specific laws stating that they can not! The atrocities of big brother has no boundaries...
@golbyhendrix50385 жыл бұрын
@@ledwallet1944 well thats not true because NY for example has stop and frisk with no reason of suspension. About 15 states have passed laws where they can obtain ID for no reason once they encounter an individual. Edit: Stop and identify laws exist in 24 states : Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado,Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri (Kansas Cityonly), Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Wisconsin
@golbyhendrix50385 жыл бұрын
@@ledwallet1944 we have the laws in texas that keep us from being stoped and id'd but they still unlawfully act like its a requirement to show your id when it is not lawfully required. If you live in tx go stand in public space with a camcorder and film a police station and you will be approached and they will act like its a requirement to provide your id even though no offence is being committed. As a passenger in a moving violation in a vehicle, they will at like its a requirment to show when its not and try to force a passenger to provided an id in a moving violation where it is not lawfully required.
@ledwallet19445 жыл бұрын
@@golbyhendrix5038 with all do respect there is no states that can "legally" ID you for no reason. They will try and they will lie to cohearce you but legally it's not true. NY tried it and in the end it made many citizens wealthy. Some small counties and towns have and are still trying it. Some of the police stations get closed down and some counties are scrambling for money to pay lawsuits. City councils as a whole get voted out. Big brother never gives up as we should never give up. As you noticed never in the history of government has there been so many indictments for corruption and police abuse.
@ledwallet19445 жыл бұрын
@@golbyhendrix5038 I know its dispicable how big brother acts. Turner vs Driver took care of the police station recording. He actually sued the city and stripped the officer of his immunity and sued him too! It's always a fight and really doesn't need to be. I think all law enforcement should pass a pre bar examination before entering into the academy. It amazes me how most don't understand basic Constitutional law. That or they don't care.
