Hi, thank you for your comment! These thrift stores are very famous in Japan for offering good items in decent condition at reasonable prices. However, there are many pricey items, so in my opinion (above 6 years living here in Japan), it's kind of both. I have seen some stores with unique pieces for collectors, but most items are for sale. If you're lucky, you may find collectible pieces at a very good price, but the possibility of this happening recently is decreasing, which is a shame! Have a great day!

Hi thank you for your comment. Last year I visited the store “Volks Akihabara Hobby Paradise“ in Akihabara. I found very few digimon figures.
