Pizza on a campfire is the best pizza you will eat. I find warming up one all ready cooked from pizza hut or any place you like is better than cooking one that is raw but either way it is awesome with the smoke flavor. All types are good but the pizza hut BBQ with extra cheese is my favourite one on a fire.

Major city to major city. St Louis to... Cape Girardeau??? lol. I flew into the Cape once. The airport has one terminal and no jet bridge. It was the first time I was on a plane that pulled up to the front door and put the steps down to the tarmac!
