The Lions and Packers drafted their O-lines. This is the time for the Bears to draft their center (and other interior linemen) of the future, rather than relying on more iffy free agents, as they've done for too long.

Agreed, we must FIX the O-Line! Best C in draft probably not coming out until 3rd round. Lloyd Cushenberry would be a great pick up in FA who is a solid starter at C.

Neither was Brock Purdy, Justin Fields is the typical prototype of Lamar Jackson. Defense wins championships. Build the interior lines both sides. Trade down twice still end up with MHJ. Center , defensive end. Let both centers go, Mooney, best linebacker or tight end. We will end up with 2 first and 2 nd rounders. 2024 - 2026 set up for the next 3 years . Nate Davis is injury Riddled! Left Guard in the 4th round. Only because we don't have a 3rd round pick.

Fields made a few mistakes yes, but the defense has got to step it up. Like i said yrade down twice draft Mhj, sign best free agent center of draft one . And address defensive end! Baltimore is a path the Bears should be thinking! Defense wins with a QB that doesn't make the big mistakes! Easy formula. San Francisco same thing.

I could predict getsys plays from my couch . Zero tempo, horrible calls on 3rd down, zero disguise, few quick reads, no in game adaptability, didn't have a punch you in the mouth run game. He got out coached routinely. Fields made him look better than he was with the insane escapability. Also the disdain DJ had for Getsy was in the open and Justin cried for help early. Are we saying the QB and WR1 are both just wrong?

If we stick with him and cousins comes back we still have the 4th best qb in division. U know what they say if the u have no clarity on the qb position u have ur answer. Folks...dont get too excited about this guy. We could'nt wait for him to leave Seattle. His stats can be very deceiving. Seattle was last in offensive snaps in the NFL with 944. Only team under 1000 snaps. All we did was watch our defense on the field for 70% of the game. Geno had to perform miracles to get the stats he did.
