Thank you so much for this Ted Talk. I hope to listen to more talks from you. You are an inspiration. Although I do not drink or do drugs, I felt this related to me. I feel as if I've reached rock bottom. But I also feel I had to get there in order to move forward. I think what you said, and what you do with your family's channel is amazing. You should be so proud of who you are and who you've become! I'm still learning as I go. But like you said earlier in your speech you hit rock bottom in your thirties.I am in my thirties now, and feel like I just keep bashing my head on the rock, and not learning from it. Keep moving backward. But it's time to move forward. And I thank you for your words. I thank you for what you and your family do. It brings a smile to my face to see your beautiful family and watch you all grow. Keep up the great work. You are amazing. Never forget that.
