However, since you brought it up, you might want to read the Quran and the tafsir scholars, because the Quran confirms the Christian texts that are between the hands of the Christians (so 7th century texts, which are the same as the oldest manuscripts and same as today's texts) and says that they are authoritative. So, is Allah confirming corrupted/changed texts? How much sense does that make?! Also, why do the most important classical Islamic scholars (Ibn Abbas, al-Bukhari, Ibn Kathir...) agree with the Quran and claim that the Christian texts have not been changed? Why do you disagree with their opinion?

Hey. Coming out in this case can be hard. Even my very liberal family gets upset when I say I'm not Muslim. If he is scared of being disowned, hurt or killed, I would recommend doing this publicly. It is best to focus on the financial side of the issue. Being financially independent from parents in combination with emigration is the thing that solves most issues. If parents are ok with foreign education, I would aim for that. Many countries have free education and there are many scholarships available.

Muslims regard the Quran as the most important miracle of Muhammad, the proof of his prophethood, and the culmination of a series of divine messages revealed by the angel Jibra'eel from 609-632 CE. The shortest wording without any loss in the meaning is only in the Arabic language. It is also the most advanced language amongst world languages in terms of eloquence, literature and fluency. Thus, no other language can express the meanings in the world. Because Arabic is a highly developed language, a translation of a text like the Quran never fully convey its deeper message. Despite pre-Islamic Arabs being highly skilled in Arabic, the Quran’s literary style stunned all of the poets and language experts of the time. 'Now if We had willed this [divine writ] to be a discourse in a non-Arabic tongue, they [who now reject it] would surely have said, “Why is it that its messages have not been spelled out clearly?” (Quran 41:44).

Quite a number of assumptions there. The core problem of it all is with Mohammad's word. It's pure hearsay. You need to take it on pure faith that those verses he delivered were genuinely from this angel passing down a message from a greater divine being, and were not made up to suit his personal needs. And even if it IS true, you have other issues of whether this message got preserved and passed down properly. When it comes to a message from a perfect divine deity, it should be absolute - with zero tolerance for errors. Not even a single letter should be modified, let alone a word. Then when you consider the fact that there are missing verses and different Arabic Qurans out there (with different Arabic words used in same verses), one can easily see how someone could be doubtful about the message's clarity and preservation. Combine them with verses that were clearly only meant to give Mohammad special privileges only makes the matter worse. And finally the errors and contradictions makes one wonder whether a perfect divine being would make them, or was it an error on the deliverer's part.

Arabic is a Rich Language that's why Allah revealed the Quran In Arabic and it's complex it's hard to translate some Words I speak Arabic I also straggle sometimes

At the time that the Quran was revealed Arabic was what is called a deficient script because it was not written down yet with vowels and the diacritical marks. This leads to many different readings as the locations of the dots change the letters and words. So, unless you knew what it's supposed to say, you could come up with different readings. The Quran also claims to be a clear books with all verses fully explained in details, but it's not clear at all and even if you read the tafsir scholars, they often completely disagree on the meanings of verses. So, it's not better than any other language.

I just heard the other day of Hindus saying you can’t criticize nasty verses in their scripture if you don’t speak Sanskrit and you hear the same thing from Jude-Christians saying it makes sense and is tolerant if you speak ancient Greek and Hebrew but none of history’s knowledgeable translators who were devoted to these religions could ever get the “real” tolerant and literal translations right. If the experts who believe in these religions can’t get the translations right, these religions are irrelevant to modern people and only people who speak the ancient versions of these languages should practice the faith and then shut up and leave everyone else alone. All religions teach goodness, even Islam also requires a good Muslim to help people in need and teach useful knowledge. then prohibits stealing, drinking/drugs, and adultery because of the many negative impacts. but be patient the truth will be hard to accept if our hearts hate it too much... maybe the reason someone leaves religion is because they want to do freedom that is contrary to religion, such as gambling, prostitution, drugs, LGBT, etc.
