One thing I find odd is that you can't find online videos where they show how they ACTUALLY process meat. Those fresh patties were NOT the same ones as the frozen ones, it doesn't show anywhere how very little meat goes into the patty and how TVP and other soy and antioxidants are added to make the filler meat. That's what I'm most curious about.

I barely noticed the captions as the narrator spoke quite clearly. Creating machines that can process food without mistake is very challenging. Minimizing the number of workers is worthwhile. Can you imagine your whole working life being 1:50 ?

The meat is far to red, even when it comes out from the mincer, to be natural looking meat. And what for al that crushed ice? Because the mix is becoming to - hot -? So they have to add ice to keep it - cool -? I rather say,water,or ice, is the cheapest way,adding a - filler- and weight to a product. And with all the spices, so we dont see it, also a -binder-, so the water does not so quickly separate..

Perfectly shaped patties those are press meat glue the meat was worked far to much. A proper patty should be handled as little as possible and you should be able to still making out the noodle like shape from the grinding process. They can improve the product and speed by having the machine handle the meat less.
