A friend here in town (I’m on the other side of the state from you) has around 175 accounts. He told me five years in this business and you hate everyone. You really realize how picky, tight, etc customers can be the longer you do this work. Looks like you are doing a great job on that property. You do what you can and make it work. I would string trim that same section same as you, too steep. I have one just like it. Thanks

As landscape designer I learned to make slopes 1:3 at most, it can be steeper but for regular mowing its not ideal.

I can imagine how hard maintaining condos can be. I do sometimes examine some companies on many things. The main reason mowing wise. Usually I think to myself I wonder how the condo manager is gonna react to the quality of the work. But it’s also on how well the bushes and shrubs are maintained as well. After watching your video Jason I must admit incredible. I certainly thought that both you and Reese did a superb job on the condo. Keep up with the great work.

Nice vid Jason. I drive by that account a few times a day and I was wondering what was up with the weeds. I bet you could get away with like 150 yards of mulch. But there’s no way that’s getting done for $3000! FYI the word you were searching for is “selective” herbicide......

Ambro's Landscaping Inc. make sure you switch up chemicals everyonce and a while or weeds will build up a tollerance. we use tzone sedgepro and a couple others and the weeds stop dying after a while if you keep using the same herbicides
