The First Amendment does not actually use the word "protest". In fact, all it says close to that is that Congress shall make no law restricting the right of the people to peaceably assemble - assemble, not protest - and deliver a list of grievances - a list, of grievances, not a bullhorn-amplified screech, or a group of people shouting at all hours of the night outside anyone's home. Deliver the list of grievances at the government office, and then go home. But that's generally not enough for activists - they want to scream on the off chance that someone hasn't heard what they're pimping.

I have to say overall I think you did a very good job there are a couple things that need further explanation and a couple things that we’re not 100% accurate but that’s OK it’s gonna take a lot to get everyone on the same page on this. Most of your in accuracies were not of your own fault they are what you were told is how things are supposed to be. Judges are not supposed to determine or interpret the laws that’s a fallacy. They’re supposed to make sure the parties play fair within the law. His idea of interpreting what was written in our constitution and bill of rights is ridiculous because there is no need for interpretation the founders were clear on their meanings of everything and wrote extensively about it not just in her constitution button hundreds upon hundreds of other writings individual liberty is individual liberty it needs no explanation anything outside of individual liberty or doesn’t meet the standards of individual liberty is not correct which is what we have seen happen with these interpretations of law. So anyways I could go on and on about it honestly but I just wanted to say thank you for that presentation you put together it was very nice
