Documentaries like this restore my faith in humanity. I have learned more than just about steroids; my main takeaway is how far the feeling of insecurity can push people. From now on, my main goal will be to master my mind to stop being susceptible to external triggers that could spark a cataclysmic chain of events like what have just seen.
@mcchristenson

Or just be a normal human being like you have been all your life? If you want to impress yourself and look in a mirror then take steroids. If your doing it to defend yourself go get a conceal and carry permit. If its for the chick's you won't find your solemate doing it. But what do you care if some person wants to jack up? Never met someone on steroids that was insecure. It was just a hobby.
@tbb740
@tbb740 9 ай бұрын
Is it really insecurity though? or immaturity on your part? As terrifying as people skiing down a mountain which they fall off all the time? what about people riding motorcycles and dying everyday? People choosing to play football or do boxing? People choosing to smoke cigars? Life isn't all about being "safe". For most people, bodybuilding and weightlifting is a very fun hobby. I don't think you'd understand unless you had the hobby.

Good thing to know what the main important thing is Self control through mastery of the mind. Some folks turn to Jesus Christ to achieve this, others turn to Buddhism. What will you choose to achieve this?

I thought the same thing. Not just gestimating in the carbs but if you send someone into hypoglycemia you can kill them with a hair too much as a diabetic. Let alone everything else. You'd think giving someone insulin as a "Doctor" you might want to spend the $45 on a Glucometer. This is basic EMT level stuff. So is wearing gloves when touching a wound site and handling someone else's blood, etc.

When you think about it, it’s pretty wild that he could be considered a “fitness influencer” when he is definitely not in good health, despite having large amounts of skeletal muscle. His vo2 is probably really low and he would most likely get winded after only short & quick cardiovascular exercises. Such as climbing stairs or hiking up a consistent grade. It’s disturbing how clueless and uneducated majority of people are in this country. The fact that he has soo many customers who take these drugs regularly just shows how lost we are. And to think, all of these people vote 🙄

Somehow this feels worse than some of the other episodes in this series- no one is being forced by difficult life circumstances to make hard choices to survive. It's just ill-educated people preying on and eventually killing insecure people, for literally no discernable reason.

Insulin isn't actually expensive. It's very cheap in Canada and not expensive to produce. But the healthcare system in the US allows the pharma companies to rip people off. It's disgusting.

I am 48 and on gear and probably will be for the rest of my life! If you start slow and ramp up you have a lot less side effects, the side effects occur when you have a huge hormone swing. There is a lot of info out there supporting the supplementation of testosterone in adults.

Hey guys I’m Zac the “kid” in reference! I’ve done a lot since this video was released and I’ve done videos explaining some more of my side and since this show I’ve done many more. Would love if you guys supported me as I never really got any credit for this and I’ve been very open and raw with everything that’s gone on with my use 🙏🏽

@@georgeescobar9096 feeling the same as everyone else who’s aware of what’s going on in the world. Still using, yes I went back to steroids and now use combinations of sarms and steroids depending on the situation. No regrets, everything happens for a reason and none of you know what’s actually happened to me in my life. This documentary is just a snippet and using a variety of peds in one day is just really touching the surface of what it’s like and what happens to bodybuilders.

I've been on and off steroids for two decades now. And it's prescribed by my Drs. I have multiple serious physical injuries from being deployed 10 years in a row in combat zones by the U.S. Army, DoD and DoS. I was able to regain functions and get passed the pain even while on 100s of milligrams of all kinds of opiates to help me get through the pain.
