I saw Dusty's vlog before yours. It was great seeing both perspectives of what all happened. Learning curves are always beneficial, good thing it wasn't also dangerous! He'll get there and so will the Bison.

We have taken care of bison for a couple months after the owner passed away. The are amazing beast. We fell in love with them, yes you have to respect them. When the last 9 or 10 sold one laid his head on my husband's arm, it was so sweet. The bull I so loved him, when he ran it was breath taking. Was a wonderful experience. Never got tired of watching them. Thank you for sharing your video, I loved every second. God Bless!

Daniel, in 2004 my wife and I went shopping for a Ford truck, we saw a 2002 red Chevy Avalanche 22,000 miles on it and took it for a test ride and fell in love with it and after 354,000 miles it still runs and looks new, I'm hoping for 500,000 miles and more, never had it in a garage until 3 years ago and that's when my trouble started, I took special care of it because I figured it would be the last vehicle I will ever buy and so far it's working in my favor even with garage mess ups. God Bless 🇺🇸👍🇺🇸👍

When I lived in Montana I had a neighbor that raised Bison. On a couple of different occasions we would have one or two pay us a visit! I remember him riding on the Bison and I found them quite intimidating. Glad no one got hurt because they do have a temper when irritated. That bull tearing that big bale of hay apart would be proof for me to give him lots of space!!! The puppy is a real cutie. Thanks for taking us along with you on your different type of work day!

Knew a bison that was hand fed, and was giving it lush grass through the fence, keeping my body parts on the outside of the wire. Apparently I was not feeding fast enough, and it just 'gently' bunted the fence with its nose, knocking me back several feet. Watching this, it was like trying to harness explosions in the chute.

Tell dusty he needs to be talking to those bison when he feeds them. Then when he's running them through the gate, he will be able to calm them down by talking to them. All those bison know is that they are in a strange and very cramped place. If they don't hear a soothing voice they recognize, they will react as if they are under threat. He can also acclimate them to the shoot by running them through it every so often without locking them in. When it becomes a pattern of activity, they won't be so nervous about going through the shoot.
