Are you saying we shouldnt do any of these things? And also do women not have performative feminine traits and props like makeup, dresses, doing their hair, trying to be more glamorous than other women? Is it not all just human nature?

It’s up to you - I’ve found the more I leaned into these things the less fulfilled I felt. But each person must choose for themselves. And yes, of course women have a ton of these as well! Appreciate your insight. 🙏🏻

It's my opinion of course, but I think it's a crutch that a lot of men use, especially as they age... what do you think?

Nature wants us to procreate and take care of our offspring. Success is determined by our ability to do so. Every prop that men and women use is in function of showcasing the ability to be successful in these two areas. Men are also polygamous by nature, so having many women would be a greater success than having just one. Women prefer monogamy because they prefer that a man invests all of his resources into her and her children alone. It's really that simple. Props are natural and completely fine, a person that doesn't use them is either a monk/nun or mentally ill, since the natural (normal) meaning for every living organism is to reproduce. Selfish gene and all that. It's inescapable, you can only pretend that you're above this game of nature and torture yourself. Which isn't to say that people don't play the game stupidly and dangerously very often, getting into debt because they can't actually afford the fancy props needed to obtain the high end genetic material of a beautiful gold digger etc.
