All the pink lemonade I've had was made with strawberries but according to the internet it could be any red fruit-- most comonly cranberries, raspberries, and strawberries; alternatively there are just pink lemonades that are dyed to be pink as well. My guess is it's probably different depending on where you are.

Thanks for the comment. I (John) did some digging amongst my siblings, and it turns out my mom used to make pink lemonade with rhubarb and raspberries. We had a pretty decent sized farm where I grew up in Wisconsin, and we have many, many berry patches where those things were plentiful. And it turns out if you use enough sugar, you can get a 10 year old to drink almost anything! Ha! Thanks again for the feedback.
