As much as I enjoy Bane's character, and what he did. You have to give some due to his apprentice as well. Darth Zannah rose from being a Jedi child-soldier to a dark side Sorceress, and a Sith Master as well. From what we got in the second Bane novel, she was tempted at least twice with the idea of abandoning the rule of two, offered the chance of a new army, and even redemption, and a life with her family, and despite that temptation, still kept to Bane's teachings, and made sure that it was passed on to her apprentice. Part of me always wished that we had gotten more of her, what kind of Sith Master was she like with Darth Cognus, and how did her story finally end. Bane might have been the innovator, but it was Zannah that ensured his dream became a reality.

Really this battle was probably one of the most traumatic moment for both the Jedi and Sith Orders as this will shape them for both the better and the worst. For the Jedi they grew distasteful of battles and wars, and pretty much abandon many of their war techniques and strategy which could have been prove useful against future conflicts. Meanwhile for the Sith Order they realized that open conflict against the Jedi Order will only end in failure, and they realized that the Galactic Republic could be the tool they need to destroy the Jedi Order, though this was to be done in secret and with deception.

In a way the Revenge of the Sith was just as much towards the Jedi as wells towards themselves Darth Bane need to destroy Kaan and Brotherhood of Darkness for turning their backs on the true power of dark side. Though Kaan was right to digree about the Darth title the Sith does not need it to be a Dark Lord for the title is nothing more then a word not the Sith itself. Bane could have started the Rule of Two with letting those who fallow and prequals would still have happen or maybe much sooner and different with far better results.

I understand your frustration on this, kind of. but the books explain his reasoning as he was watching as masters were getting killed by weaker apprentices due to stuff like asking for help to kill the master and he saw it was making them weaker over the generations due to the apprintices never getting to the lv on the master as it was supposed to be. this is a bad explanation on my behalf but it has been yrs since I read the bane books...
@noahblevins95697 ай бұрын
@@NoOne-ev7vjYour explanation is petty accurate. Bane hated every aspect of the current sith that went against the ancient ways. @@Demonoicgamer666 He may have let Kaan live had he bowed down and served Bane. At least let him live for a while. Why do you include photos of maul, luke, kenobi, vader, etc that have no relevance to the content? You also show comic scenes that are not in sync with the narrative. Like, why do you show young Zannah well before she comes onto the scene? Why do you show Maul and Maul/Kenobi when you're talking about the pre-Ruusan status quo? It would be better if you just hold on certain images longer if they are relevant to the point in the audible narrative. You shouldn't just keep a constant rate of image change. That makes it more confusing in the end.
