Been absolutely loving these videos about the blues scale. Your style of teaching/explaining in your videos is exactly what I have been looking for. Quick question -- at the end of your licks you play chords/double stops/triads (not exactly sure what they are) and it's something I've always struggled implementing in solos. Wondering if you can explain what you're doing there. You're the man!

Cheers! In terms of what I am playing towards the end of each lick example... I am playing what's referred to as blues turnarounds. The way I am approaching this in these videos is by simply playing select intervals from the chords in a 12 bar blue's (usually the 3rd and b7 intervals) so make sure you are aware of the chords you are playing over. I have a quick 'top 10 blues turnarounds' video you could look at which might give you some vocabulary to start with but perhaps I can put a video together to explain some of my choices in this series and show you how to implement it in your own playing
