It seems like Blush always leaves and comes back. It was popular throughout like the 30s-50s or 60s, took a brief break, returned in like the 80s or 90s, leaving again, coming back in the 2010s, leaving yet again, and here we are.

I don’t know about the 90s with blush, or maybe that was just my corner of the world. I started college in ‘94 so I was sandwiched between the Glamazon and Grunge phases of makeup. So my go to look was usually a Cindy Crawford Smokey eye, matte skin, brown/plum lip and blush? I didn’t know her 😂 But watching my mom in the 80s, I know blush was a major part of her makeup routine!

Agreed 80s we’re blush heavy 90s and 2000s not so much. 2000s was alllll about the frosty eyes and pink frosty lip to boot ❤

Same I wore cover girl Cheekers iced cappuccino, from the age 14 to 35 just in the last few years have I ventured out and now have tried and use many different shades, brands and cream/liquid types as well! I LOVE blush as a fair skinned gal! ❤

And then I went straight to that viral Dior blush like 3 years ago & Pat McGrath. (Both are great but cost 4x more)

Let’s just make a drugstore thread. My best foundation match is 1N2 from Estée Lauder. Favorite formula essence baby got blush (010 tickle me pink); perfect stick form that goes on a lot like Stila convertible color. Favorite color Juvia’s Place liquid blush in Pink Lady (Dior backstage but in liquid form and wayyy less cost).

I've gotten into cream blush recently and I am having such a hard time finding the perfect brush! They are either too firm, or too big, or I don't enjoy the shape. Or maybe they work fine but they are scratchy! I don't want to end up with tons of brushes I don't use

I love blush 😊 I feel like growing up in the 90s blush was NOT really a thing, it was mainly the grungy look or 90s super model contour, and there was some color but blush wasn’t that big of deal. I remember me and my sister saying what’s the point of blush who wants to look red and rosy lol once I got to highschool I found a blush that was a peach nude soft pink and it was perfect for my skintone and it softened my face brought definition and now can’t go without it!

I’m loving the Rose Inc blushes, if you haven’t tried these, they are a must have. The formula is the absolute best and their colour range is gorgeous.

Recommend the Westman Atelier blushes. They’re definitely on the pricey side but omg they blend beautifully, not too shiny but perfect on my oily skin and the color Petal is chefs kiss!

I love blush so much! My first blush love was Covergirl Cheekers Natural Twinkle. I still wear it and stocked up a while ago when I found it on sale. I'm currently in love with the Essence baked blushes. I've limited myself to Goldy Cassis and Berry Cheeks.

My all time favorite cream blush is the Westman Atelier Baby Cheeks! They are pricey but they’re not too dewy and not matte. I hope they come out with more shades in their minis because they’re so convenient for travel.

I'm so glad u finally jumped on the Moira train Tati!!! I have been raving about them for many many months..... they have wonderful products in EVERY CATEGORY ... they have A LOT of different single shadow formulas in different types of metallic, shimmer, foiled, cream basic, and even their PALETTES are phenomenal!!!! As a pale pale girl with naturally blotchy red cheeks, blush will always be in, just to even out my natural flush. I do a slanty X placement, one stroke in the "normal" placement, one stroke from outside my eye to near my mouth.
