Welcome to day 3 of the EXPAND guided meditation program. In this class Bre is making you aware of your breath and is helping you connect deeper to this rhythm and gateway to the self.
This Breathe and Flow program is for all levels and is strategically designed to teach you all the fundamental principles of meditation. This is our offering to you on your journey of healing and growth. Get something comfortable to sit on, turn off any distractions and take this time to focus on you. We suggest you set the volume of the video so that you can gently hear our voice since as you go into your meditation your senses are heightened and the volume will appear louder as it did before you started.

Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. Struggled with the light image but just came back to focus on my breath and am so proud i managed stillness for the full practice. i have bad tinnitus and meditation has allowed me to move my focus to better things. Thank you. Namaste.

Filling the ENTIRE UNIVERSE with white light was pretty diffult, bur gave the feeling of a common conciousnes. Love the content you put out! This channel really gives value and improves my life

Day 3 thoughts: • Found more moments of letting go and when I do so, I can feel tension release throughout my body that I didn’t realize was tension in the first place. • Lots of tension in my stomach. Feels like an egg that needs to be cracked to release the light as spoke about in the meditation. Really enjoyed visualizing the light going through my body and then outwards. “Reach for the stars” Peace and Love. Namaste

I really loved this one! I am one of those people who have a hard time sitting still with 1000 thoughts in my head but today’s class with the visualization of the white light was amazing it really helped me stay focused. Thank you!

I have known mediation or contemplation for quite a few years, and known this channel for one. For both, like many I suppose, I struggle with regularity. Hello, I have a question, if you don't mind. When I sit in easy pose for meditation my left leg always starts to fall asleep around 15/20 minutes in, and the longer I go without moving it the worse it tends to get. Sometimes to the point where it feels like my leg locks and it can be painful.. I have to wiggle my toe, to ankle, to leg slowly for a few minutes for the sensation to fade. I have a meditation pillow and it helps a bit I can sit longer, but it hasn't quite solved it. Is there any kind of hip/leg/lower back movements I could be doing to help with that? Thank you

I started this year with your meditation program and I feel so good everyday after practicing every morning, taking time and caring for myself. You are a great inspiration for me. Also your Day 0 Video is really helpful, very good to get to know about the program and to find out if it this is the right thing. Good job! Furthermore I'd like to know more about meditation and I am wondering how this is going to continue for myself because I want to keep going with the meditation at least the whole year. But do you have any recommendations about books that help you to master the transition from guided to unguided meditation? I am really interested and thankful for any helpful tips. Lots of love

love the channel and i am almost 1 year into yoga and loving it thanks to you guys. I had to ask about your favorite video for opening the ankles? i looked through the Yoga for JJ as you mentioned in YFM videos but nothing too ankle specific. I dont do JJ but id like to start working towards pistol squats if i can get my ankles to cooperate. Also i would love a tutorial on half moon. I feel like a lot is going on when doing this one as i get more experience, and its one of my favorites because it is hard for me. That all aside, thanks for everything - really.

Thanks for today' s meditation. I loved it. I wonder why the music suddenly stopped? ( just like yesterday) For me that is a little disrupting . The music really helps me to relax

we put the music in for the first 10 minutes to help you ease into it. ultimately we suggest to practice in silence which, guiding you towards this skill, is our intention.

Thanks alot for this! This will help me for consistency. And a lot of people. at minute 18-20 i don't know if i fell asleep (I think i was aware still) But i all of a sudden was back because of the voice that said to come back to your fingers etc etc. Like i came out of a trance or something :p

that is beautiful, thanks for sharing! what you experienced is normal and can be a state of deep relaxation and presence, hence the difference to falling asleep.

I had difficulty with it as well and by the time we were supposed to be filling the country with light, it was just plain stressful. I don’t desire that level of responsibility after a long day of work.
