Great speech! I think we usually do the opposite of what we are supposed to do to appear confident. It might take a bit of an effort but will work on it.

top speech, but the audience seems to be bored, they don't react or applause warmly at the end of the speech.... anyway it was inspiring!

Unfortunately, the video was recorded during the Corona pandemic under difficult conditions for events and many, many restrictions. Therefore, only 30 people were allowed to be present at the recording of this talk. I fully agree that the whole atmosphere is lost in such a great room with an audience of only 30 people, especially as this talk should have been heard by a much larger audience. Nevertheless, considering the difficult circumstances at the time, we were very happy that our speakers got the opportunity to give their talks at least in front of a small audience.

As a man who uses hypnosis therapy to keep his confidence high I find it sad that most men dont walk with actual confidence, its actually more often seen in criminals then anyone
