"The day you start lifting is the day you become small forever." - Dom Mazetti

*"The day you started lifting is the day you became forever small." It's weird how that phrase stuck with me ever since hearing it for the first and only time all those years ago. A true philosopher.

Initialy it made me sad. I always have a hard time accepting the fact father time will stay unbeaten. But in the end, my thought went, to appreciate al the times, years and reps I already did, and going to do. That I will be able to do. A great reminder to also be happy with the fact where I'm at in my gym journey. Desires of becoming Bigger, leaner, stronger, fitter; one day it will fade. So be proud of today and what you already achived my Bro's!

Beautiful video guys. Been following your work for about a decade, you've been a huge inspiration along with other KZbinrs like Scooby1961. Life is an inevitable cycle of growth and decay, but we live on through the people we teach. I was a young guy when I started watching, 30 now and I've been lucky enough to mentor a few guys into the temple of iron. It's difficult to see the legends grow old and feeble but it's up to us to take on the mantle for the next generation so they have heroes to look up to. This is life and it's wonderful.

I have lost over 50lbs and completely changed my physique from overweight and unhealthy to all natural body builder. I absolutely love getting in the gym and always looked up to the greats like Schwarzenegger, Coleman, and Furrigno. All I gotta say is that this video hits hard and It really puts things into perspective. Great job Buff Dudes!
