The Boogeyman!!! Dean Lister ADCC Legend breakdown

With the current complex state of the leglock game, I thought it would nice to take a look at one of the original leglockers, the man that inspired John Danaher, Dean Lister. Dean's been one of my favorite grapplers of all time since i started jui jitsu. At 17 yrs old, jui jitsu was the first sport i ever felt i could actually excel at. Watching Dean in an interview say he didn't find his athletic ability until his early 20s, always made me feel better about finding mine later.
