This book is literally a weapon for the right person. "You must continually practice", "You become what you continually do", "Choose function over form", "Think only of achieving your goal and never get distracted", these are the main ideas I got from this book and I am so glad that even before getting to know this book, I have been practicing some of these ideas.

@@zachblack7080 It's a pitched down version of a reading by a channel called Vox Stoica. However, he's recently made his original reading private, for some reason. The best way to get this is to go to one of those youtube to mp3 sites, download this video, then pitch shift it back to normal yourself in audacity or a similar program. I find pitch shifting it up by about 10% seems accurate to his original voice.
