I'm seriously looking to add this to my tool chest now after detailing a motorcycle today. The pivoting head would really come in handy for hard to reach areas.

I have been excited about this tool since it was first spoken about. Griots definitely needs the high praise recognition that they deserve. They are manufacturing high quality products at a very reasonable price point compare to their competitors that you have to take out a second mortgage just to have a inferior product. There isn't a company out there that can match the life time warranty all their products have. I've used their customer service and they are 100% top notch. This looks like an incredible micro polisher! Griot's has done it again. One thing I really like about Griot's is they just don't immediately jump on "the band wagon" so to speak and make a product based on "hype" like many other companies do. They sit back and wait, see how new innovations pan out, refine the idea to the highest standards possible, and then release a very innovative, high quality, and most importantly EFFECTIVE tool. Great job on this one Griot's. Just waiting on you to create the Ferrari of polishers called "THE RICHARD"! LOL

I use your G8 and G9 polishers exclusively in my shop and I love them. I've got tons of hours on both and they work flawlessly. Great products as well as the rest of the Griot's line.

As cars get smaller and smaller panel and shapes this polisher is just the right tool for many wanting to do an annual light polish.

Awesome and well thought out! My only issue with mine is its very very hard to change the different heads even after tons of use I still find my self checking to make sure they are locked in! wish there was a fix for this.

I like the fact that it can be used in rotary mode with a 2" plate out of the box - the Flex needs an aftermarket kit

I am Korean and received my order yesterday, but the orbital has arrived damaged, and when I idle with the backup pad on, the balance is so bad that my head is shaking The delivery took more than 16 days and paid more than 400 dollars, but I was so disappointed

I have their full size which I love except it’s heavy! This smaller polisher looks promising but who can afford $400? It’s more expensive than anyone of my Milwaukee cordless tools with more tech in them. They definitely need to go down on the price so ordinary car cleaning enthusiasts can afford it!!
