Yeah. This guy will absolutely be a world championship some day. Not necessarily this one, but he definitely will become one. In general, if you really want to notice the difference between good drivers and world champions just look at rain soaked races. Turkey 2020 is a great example; Hamilton, although starting 6th, he still won, Vettel started 11th and went on to get on the podium with an under performing car. Stroll on the other hand started on pole but ended up 9th. The thing that makes rain soaked races so much more difficult than normal races isn't just the lack of grip, but the fact that the situation can change at any given moment, that you have to take risks and make the right decision at the right time. All in all, it gives a great amount of pressure that not all drivers can handle

I think it was that race while they were behind the safety car, Max was out exploring the limits of grip by taking different lines. By the time the race got going again, he knew where the grip was - and used it. Kudos to him for thinking ahead.

Max (from what I have seen, never met him tbh) probably isn't a nice guy. He's an athlete, a killer. Focussed, determined. He doesn't even care about social convention and interaction, which drops a filter, which makes him often seem as worse guy than his competitors. I have been around enough natural born athletes/winners to know they are likely to be unpleasant people, due to their egocentrical/egotistical nature and behaviour. Which is exactly what makes them good at what they do. All of them are dicks on track, more than likely most of them are dicks off track too. I'm personally more allergic to those who lie about it or try to mask it.

That is not insane at all. There was more grip there on the outside. Rosberg was just rubbish in the rain. All the focus was on Max but Hamilton stayed in front of him. Hamilton is one of the only one who is as good as Max in the rain.

the best part is, this doesnt even show how amazing was his drive in this race as he was p2, red bull saw that ricciardo was going faster on inters so they pitted max but the rain got worse and they pitted him again and he was p16 on lap like 54/71 or something and he overtook 13 drivers to secure p3 in 17 laps

With my experience with editing, he should probably be able to post 10 of those on a day without any problem.... Edit: only reason it takes long is probably cus he wants only some of the best clips, not just any clip. But honestly, it's F1, there are enough clips to use.
