After I studied up on him with loads of fascination, I watched his interview online. As I did, some parts of me said ‘he seems like someone that I could get along with’ and ‘he’s honestly not giving me any bad vibes right now’. That’s how unassuming and convincing he was. He was a sociopathic killer who mutilated his victims in unspeakable ways, yet he managed to give off an air of gentle mellowness. The fact that he was charming and easy to talk to is absolutely true. And that’s something that is even more dangerous than anyone can imagine for a serial killer to be. I recommend everyone look up the interview to know what I’m talking about

It just gets me anger and disappointment that the army doesn’t believe people that they have raper by members. They need to do a better job at protecting the ones that choose to go there. And that cop that just shrugged off that little boy and the women that were protesting and jut said “wrap him up and take him home” PLUS it should have been a red flag when he said that he was his boyfriend. I really hope that Our protectors (police etc.) get better at their jobs and people be more humane.
@Euphoria77056 жыл бұрын
You forgot to mention how the young boy was ann asian immigrant who the cops let go with Dahmer because he stated that he was drunk and because the cops couldn't understand him. His last victim (who escaped) was also black and the police almost didn't believe him about Dahmer. Not to be a downer and bring up race, but a huge reason why he was able to get away with this for so long was because he preyed on gay/poc boys. The bodies he had collected he hid under his grandmother's porch/ in the basement. I like this video but a lot of crucial info about Dahmer is missing as well

A lot of serial killers got away with murder for so long due to the cops not giving a shit about poc (Albert fish is the worst case. Got away with killing, mutilating and eating poc and disabled kids for 10 years and didnt get caught till he went after a white kid. Even mentioned this in an interview)
@OsKarMike13066 жыл бұрын
@@lilneopuppy John Wayne Gacy got away with 30 murders by preying on vagrant teenagers and homosexuals. Arthur Shawcross racked 14 kills by preying on prostitutes. The pair of Otis Toole and Henry Lee Lucas prowled the highways of the entire United States looking for hitchhikers, runaway teens and the homeless, the number of their victims is still disputed today with estimates ranging from 20 to hundreds. Nobody cares about you when you live outside the norm and most serial killers are well aware of that fact, it's especially sad that this often involves PoC and I think it says alot about society.

@MrAdryan16036 жыл бұрын
Obhelix It's not creepy at all, actually. These are real things that really happened and a lot of people study serial killers and have an interest in the psychology of this kind of behavior. The crimes were heinous, but what happened is what happened, and there are so many reasons to educate people about this sort of crime and depravity. A lot of people are fascinated by these things, there's nothing wrong or sick about that. There is no reason they shouldn't make these fascinating videos. Come on, THINK.

What's even creepier is that we're still watching the videos.
@MrAdryan16036 жыл бұрын
Aries Leo It's not "creepy" at all, actually. It's fascinating psychology. There's nothing creepy about studying and learning about serial killers and the psychology behind why they are the way they are and why they feel compelled to do what they do.The creepy thing would be if one were seeking out these stories/photos, etc because of a similar morbid/potentially dangerous psychosis or desire to do the same to others. If you're fascinated but not compelled or turned on, you have no reason to feel weird or guilty for watching these videos on serial killers, death, funeral homes and practices, the way decomposition works, etc. Don't feel weird or bad for being interested, instead think about all the people these videos and documentaries will inspire to become criminal profilers and catch these monsters. That's pretty cool to me. Cheers :)

They did peak into his apartment, which apparently smelled pretty terrible, but told the 3 women to butt out and didn't do a background check on Dahmer. They thought it was a "domestic" case, and it's pretty well assumed they just didn't want to deal with gay domestic violence. I think the worst part about this case is how many times he could've been stopped if authorities (military or otherwise) would've just believed the victims... Edit: additionally, he was 31 at the time of the murder, not 18. Even more fucked up.

An incoherent 14-year-old kid with a hole drilled in his head bleeding out his ass in the middle of the street. 31 year old creepo shows up and says 14-year-old is his lover and "he gets this way when he is intoxicated." Cops don't ask either for identification, and take him back to Dahmer's place where they can smell the stink of the 3-day old corpse in his apartment. They don't investigate, if they had even asked Dahmer for some ID they could have found out he was a convicted sex offender...convicted of molesting the kid with the hole in his head's older brother 3 years earlier. Both officers were fired, but appealed to a judge who allowed them to be reinstated. He was later elected president of the Milwaukee Police Association. You couldn't keep a job at Taco Bell being that negligent in your duties, but evidently if you are a cop and your gross negligence gets a kid killed, you not only keep your job, but they elect you union president.

Rose novel Dahmer claimed that he was 19. All they had to do was ask someone for some ID. If they thought the kid was legit intoxicated they should have brought him in for public drunkenness and underage drinking. At least then someone would have ID'd him and maybe realized that he was the brother of the other kid Dahmer had molested. Just so many failures.

I'd like to point out that a fascination in anatomy/dissection/deceased animals shouldn't be considered an inherent symptom of psychological disorders. For instance, I work in the vertebrate section of a museum collection and I dissect things very, very often, and never once have I wanted to truly commit something horrific. Quit making my job sound "scary" and "gruesome".
@kittylover626 жыл бұрын
I think they mean from a young age. The way Dahmer showed fascination with the dissection of dead animals was disturbing.
@jichuulimario20936 жыл бұрын
If you dissect and dismember animals at a young age and do it much common than normal then you have a problem. You clearly misunderstood what the video is telling. Stop trying to make drama out of nothing. Stop playing the victim card if you're so secure and confident with your job.
@wendyberrios59575 жыл бұрын
There’s a difference between being fascinated in the science of anatomy, like admiring the anatomy of people and creatures as marvelous because you respect the biology of a creature and life as a whole. Then there’s loving to tear something apart because it’s fun for you and you like holding flesh for the joy of that and for nothing else. As a parent, you ask questions, you look for motivation, you do something if your child is partaking in activities that are abnormal or disturbing. Dahmaers parents did none of that....

The fact that Dahmer was killed by another killer says something. That guy had killed too, but he knew Dahmer was evil and finishing him was his priority. So hard to wrap my mind around....

the guy in court who killed dahmer said he didn’t even make a sound. it wasn’t a quick way to go either.
@definitelynotanAIchatbot Жыл бұрын
He killed Dahmer because he thought he was annoying, not because he was evil.

At some point in his youth Dahmer was so OBVIOUSLY taken over by evil. No joke. He had to have been. Demons. The devil. Something.

I'll pull a Jeffrey Dahmer -Ke$ha. (Song: I am cannibal.) She'll eat your heart like Jeffrey Dahmer. -Juicy J. (Song: Dark horse.) Like if you know one of these songs. And when he said I'll eat your heart, I guess Juicy J got inspired.

What pisses me off is that the police never cared for 13 years, but as soon as children are involved, THEN they do something about it. Wtf?
