It's extremely unfortunate that Shisui's story ended when it did. Both he and Itachi were narratively the best characters and easily Hokage material at such a young age. In a sense they were carrying out the true will and vision of Hashirama himself, and now Naruto and Sasuke can reap the benefits of their hard work and sacrifice.

The whole build up of the uchiha clan from madara leaving the village before the first shinobi war to the kyuubi attack was so good that itachi's arc felt like another anime entirely. I loved everything about it, it was here where we witnessed a different side of the shinobi world and the leaf village, the grandfatherly image we had of sarutobi hiruzen the third hokage and the peaceful facade of konoha was forever destroyed. And of course we learned what a true shinobi is.

I wouldve cried making this , I live by Itachis words . Used my brothers hate towards me to make him stronger. He didn’t play video games like me , I wouldn’t allow it. When we played basketball i boasted everyday until he could beat me . Itachi didn’t have it all figured out but still Protected the village and he loved his brother even though he never told him the truth. I made mistakes all my life and i knew he watching me . He never made the same mistakes , and our relationship is a bit rocky . But we both know we love each other and would die for one another. Now i have a 2nd baby brother and he will be greater then me and my other. Itachi gave me meaning in a way, I didn’t fully watch Naruto &Shippudden til last year . But I understood Itachi and now my iphone has a Itachi case on it. It reminds me everyday to protect my brothers.
