I went to the Olympia this year(First one I’ve been to in person, anniversary present from my wife) and got to meet Guy, Iain, and Nick and it was awesome!! Nick was locked in like a robot(which I expected and understood completely 😂) but Iain and Guy were just like they were here on the podcast! Nicest people I talked to at the O!

The first time I heard of Guy was when he was telling those guys at the gym to move to the side on the hack squat. Honestly, my first impression of him was that he was kind of a jerk. Now, after watching all the Bro Chat episodes he's grown to be one of my favourite people on the show and I learned he's actually a really funny, interesting, and caring individual. This show has shown me that even the most hardcore bodybuilders are human too and has really shown what they're like outside the stage.

Thought was important Met Ian in hotel at Olympia checking in, he was obviously depleted, but took the time to speak with me answer questions and was cordial as all hell, , he literally sounded like he does here, I was was very impressed with his professionalism as an athlete, Nick was extremely patient at the meet and greet as you can imagine his line was long, was able to meet Guy at expo, this dude is real, I am from jersey, we spoke about guns, house prices, and he even invited me for a workout. You all are awesome people and honestly made me have to go to the Olympia this year, meeting each of you made the experience all that much better. And yes Ian you beat bonac, and yes, inch should have been 4th.

When discussing the placing’s and consistency that the judges picked shape over conditioning, it’s shocking no one brought up the statement Jake Wood made earlier this year that he wanted to put less emphasis on conditioning, and clearly thats the route they went. I think it was all intentionally done that way, and likely the way things may go. If the unfortunate events that happened this year didn’t happen, I think placings may have been different
