I tried giving this a chance. I let the non reference to Superman in describing Homelander pass. I also let the Starlighter pass. I even went beyond the Queen Maeve flies in this show portion. But god damn this guy can’t even go beyond calling Kimiko by her name. He literally just calls her Asian girl even when he’s almost an hour into this crap recap. Wtf?

😞 I was settled in to watch a four and a half hour recap of this great show, but... you lost me in the first 20 seconds when you compared *Homelander* to _Captain America._ I mean, really? You don't see who Homelander is modeled after? Awesome video Recaps. When I first saw this show, I thought it was gonna be a typical superhero TV show. But then I was really hooked on the show after the first six minutes of the show when I started watching it. It's so diffefent from your typical superhero show. I like the idea that in this show, the superheroes save the day for the cameras, and seem like good upstanding citizens. But in reality, they're evil, power abusing beings engaging in all sorts of atrocities, hypocrisy, and debauchery. Great show
