Observer from the UK here. There's a real difference between Biden and Trump, and I know this is nerdy, but I seriously listen to what people say. Biden is not a good speaker: he has a history of having a severe speech defect, but although he is sometimes halting and sometimes elides words to the point of slurring, he is connected and cogent. He's not rambling, free associating, or zigzagging randomly. He's not vaguely hopping on a hamster wheel of limited vocabulary; he can keep to a train of thought and argument, remembers who and where he is, and reactsappropriately to outside stimuli and evidence. One guy is old, but smart. The other is, frankly apparently, ill. Who would you prefer to trust with nuclear codes?

I just want to point out. He does have a history of drug use that has been mentioned by witnesses over the last 30+ years. And he didn't get into or graduate from any of those schools based on scholastic merit. He has threatened all of his schools with lawsuits if they release his records, so we can theorize he is concerned about what those records will show. His father put him into military school because he was a bully, that is on record. He got into Fordham, but transitioned into Wharton in his third year, after an interview that his father attended. Which is not standard practice.

Exactly, this Dr. Emily stated many incorrect things like she has not researched what is on record about Trump. Also, his longtime use of stimulants is known, including diet pills, cocaine, Adderal, Sudafed for allergies that he is known to have. Also he does drink alcohol, there are photos of that. There are countless appearances over the past 9 years where he is clearly impaired by something, either pumped up or very slow and slurring. So this section was very incorrect information on this podcast.

The WW2 gen (my parents and the men I worked with) were moving retirement ages younger and younger, saving every dime--they felt 55 was the optimum time to get out of the office and get out in the fresh air, travel--whether flying to Europe or getting an RV to travel the country, or just walking every day with their wives, finding new hobbies such as gardening and making bird feeders! They knew they were declining in the office 40-50 hrs a week and too many were dying within weeks of retiring at 65 or taking that 1st big trip to Europe at 67. One guy died at breakfast his 1st day in London, another lasted just days b4 having a massive heart attack. He got a 2d chance, revamped his retirement with a very healthy diet, weight loss, surgery, and hours in his yard in the Sun and fresh air, and time at his vacation condo, lots of exercise.

I am soooooo glad to hear you address this! I have been ready to pull my hair out over this. I was married to a man who is a lot like trump in the word salad category. He has been that way as long as I’ve known him. Not being a clinician I never knew what to call it, but all I knew was that his words never made sense, and his paragraphs were just a jumbled mess of thought. I used to say he talks in chopsticks. But, like Trump, he was charismatic, and he could convince anybody of anything. It was actually fascinating to watch until it wasn’t. Also, his ability to go on and on saying the same things over and over every day. The limited vocabulary, not sure if that means anything but it was something I noticed in my husband. I’ll be glad to write a letter to them. Even if Trump didn’t have the evil plans that he has, he is simply not mentally fit to run a country. Period.

After each campaign rally speech, I'd wait for CNN or MSNBC to point out his glitches, thinking that this would be a real story.
