It's simply true if you look at the design of the trigger mechanism. People complain about the feel of the stock Glock trigger because it is essentially a double action trigger. The trigger action on a Glock actually pulls the striker back all the way, giving it enough power to fire a round. Thus when any malfunction happens internally that drops the sear, it won't result in a fired round because the striker isn't fully charged when a round is chambered. This added mechanism is why the Glock trigger feels mushy but is why it is superior for a safe duty carry pistol. The p320 has a fully loaded striker design where if ANY internal malfunction happens that drops the sear, it will fire a round. This is basically how all performance triggers work go achieve a superior trigger feel because the trigger action ONLY drops the sear, it doesn't also have to fully depress the striker spring to fully charge it. This in combination with no trigger safety tab makes it a no go for duty carry imo. Too much risk in carrying it. They did away with a safe design for a better trigger feel.
